A Windows desktop app for thobe tailoring shops, designed and built from scratch by Raqsh Systems. A live example of the custom systems we build: we start from how the shop actually works and build a system that fits it.

Customer measurements lived in notebooks, delivery dates slipped, and there was no clear view of outstanding balances or fabric stock.
What we built
One system for customers and their measurements, orders, invoices and fabrics, running on the shop's own computer with no internet needed.

  • A profile per customer with full thobe measurements, plus collar, cuff and pocket style for each thobe
  • Orders tracked by stage: new, cutting, sewing, ready, delivered
  • Alerts for orders past their delivery date
  • 15% VAT invoices with deposit, balance and one-click printing
  • Fabric stock deducted automatically with every order
